Dalton Culp is a results-driven professional with a strong background in construction management and client-focused project delivery. He graduated from Texas A&M University in 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in Construction Science.

From 2021 to 2024, Dalton served as a Project Manager for a commercial construction company, where he was responsible for securing new business, bidding projects, managing budgets and schedules, and overseeing subcontractor performance. His role emphasized maintaining high standards of quality and ensuring that all work met project specifications and deadlines, all while fostering and strengthening client relationships.

 In April 2024, Dalton joined CTS Industrial Services, bringing his industry experience and strategic mindset to the sales and operations team. He is committed to delivering value-driven solutions and contributing to the continued success and growth of CTS.
